Finalization Meeting this Wednesday

Hey guys. I updated the bylaws and ran them by my mom who has formed a few societies in the past and she made some minor recommendations that I incorporated in the Constitution. Hungarians can now be a Directors (Huzzah). Our finalization meeting will be Wednesday at 6:30 at the Bean Scene in Kelowna.
I started the list of Directors. If the crazy sucke.. I mean potential Directors would like to send me their full names, including middle names just to be safe(Bud), I can finish off that list. Bud and any other Director that can't make it on Wednesday do not have to sign anything right now but I do need those addresses and middle names please ASAP.
As well I need at least 5 people to sign the application. They do not need to be Directors. We can have more than 5 signers so if you'd like to be a part of history please send me your full name and residential address (include your mailing but I need a real location not post box). I'll be drawing up the form Wednesday afternoon so please get it to me by then. Only people who for 100% will be at the meeting on Wednesday should sign up to be signotories.
