-Rob and Lucy present examples

Bud – UBC-O administration getting settled
-look at fundraising opportunities
-possible office space in Multipurpose building
-possible server space on University server
-prepare draft press release

Rob M– Programming Guide is focus
-just using computer as server
-programming guide becoming bottle neck for new programing

Lucy- working on programming
-recruit volunteers to help
-looking at logos

Creation of pamphlet and podcasting blog discussed

Cam – Interior Savings recommended
- quorum of directors signed form allowing creation of credit union account
-Rob M, Sarah, Cam as officers are co-signators
-Need two signators to sign to release money
-charity status looks very difficult
-asked for bio from members for website

Student levy, researching grants, letter of support discussed

Rob C – Creating business plan
-tracked down prior Industry Canada submission
